"Easy booking! John was waiting for us when we landed. Our flight had been delayed. He drove us directly to our apartment in Rome. He even took our luggage to the door so we were directly outside of our apartment. Many companies have just dropped us off close to accommodations but John made sure we were right there. Then he came and picked us up promptly to take us back to the airport for our departure. Would use this company again 100%."
